Dana Willette helped us understand the pricing and what were the better options. Going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. Very polite and listened to our concerns and addressed them rather quickly. A few "hiccups" but nothing that wasn't resolved in a matter of minutes and service with a smile!! Smiles are worth a thousand words. I gotta say the whole team put in the efforts and smiles which wasn't overlooked. I appreciated that! And to know they worked super hard for my family to get what we really wanted, was so very much appreciated!! Thank you all!! More

It was a great experience, I didn't expect to get a vehicle by lease but the experience I had and felt when I walked into the Nissan dealer was like walking into a family with n I didn't expect to get a vehicle by lease but the experience I had and felt when I walked into the Nissan dealer was like walking into a family with no pressure at all, It was great and the ease of having no pressure and was able to express my feelings of what my expectations were. Love my Nissan Altima Needed to bring my car in for maintenance and not much of a schedule to get it there. Called John Hogan Service Manager and he fit me in on the time Needed to bring my car in for maintenance and not much of a schedule to get it there. Called John Hogan Service Manager and he fit me in on the time I needed. Then things changed at work and the time I was scheduled to come in now would not work. The service manager had no problem adjusting this appointment to work for me. I was very impressed. As always I brought the car in and they had it ready on time and I was back on the road to be on time for my work commitments. Thank You for being so flexible. 2nd time around was just as good as the first The first time I had gone there I was looking to get rid of my Nissan Pathfinder. I had it for 13 years and it was on its last wheels. I rea The first time I had gone there I was looking to get rid of my Nissan Pathfinder. I had it for 13 years and it was on its last wheels. I really wanted a blue frontier but the lot only had a white and a silver. Honestly, Stephen was really helpful. He offered to get one for me but I was not interested in waiting and the two they had had everything I wanted except the color so I took the silver one. Fast forward 3 years later. I was in a good position with equity in the Frontier now so I decided to go back and funny thing Stephen was the same salesman that greeted me. I explained what I was looking for and this time around on the lot they had a blue Frontier. Everything could not have gone smoother and I am now driving the same truck I was 3 years ago but 3 years newer and blue. The people in Crowley Nissan are very kind people willing to help with anything needed. More

Untrustworthy I purchased my 2013 Nissan Rogue from Crowley Nissan. The purchasing of my vehicle was not great, but was not horrible. However, the service departmen I purchased my 2013 Nissan Rogue from Crowley Nissan. The purchasing of my vehicle was not great, but was not horrible. However, the service department has much to be desired. I will start with my first issue shortly after I purchased my vehicle, when I felt that the transmission was not working appropriately. I called the service manager and asked to bring it in to be checked. He responded that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, I just didn't understand the CVT (constant variable transmission). More on that in a moment! Next Issue came after my first oil change, oil filter on correctly. I had to AAA pick up the Rogue and fortunately had a tow truck driver who told me that I did not have to use Crowley for service even though I purchased it through them. I had it towed to Decormier Nissan. Paul and the rest of the service team there fixed my oil issue before it causes damage to my vehicle, and discovered that my transmission was completely shot. More
