As a new graduate with 2000 dollars to her name (which she saved up to use for a car) moving down South this week to start her first job, this has caused a lot of distress. She'd been looking for awhile and put a five hundred dollar deposit on a car at Crowley Nissan. At the other dealerships she visited she was told deposits were refundable so she assumed a deposit at Crowley was as well. When she came home and we crunched her numbers she saw she would have trouble affording the car and needed a lower priced vehicle. She canceled the sale and was told she signed a non refundable contract. The salesman tried to find a low mileage car she could afford without luck and refused to refund her deposit. He offered a credit for our next car purchase instead. She needs the five hundred for gas and food till she gets her first paycheck. So buyer beware. Don't put down a deposit at Crowley. She learned a valuable lesson and is very upset. More

He listened to our ideas on what we were looking for and was knowledgeable of the vehicle. He kept us updated every step of the way. Wayne, the sales manager assisted us from start to finish. He made our buying experience exceptional. You can tell that he sincerely cares about his customer's experience and works hard to please. Wayne presented us with different options when we were not quite sure which financing route to take and was there to answer all of our questions and concerns.Gretchen, the F&I Manager, worked diligently to get us the best financing rates. She was knowledgeable of the different warranty's and made us feel at ease throughout the F&I process. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the quality of service was outstanding.
