After a nightmare of an experience purchasing a used car from another dealership less than a year ago, we've learned the hard way that we should've just gone to these guys in the beginning. They got us up and running and into a new car in just a couple of hours. This is after they did everything under the sun to fix the car we had, and helped us realize that it just wasn't worth it to keep sinking money into the lemon we had. These guys are a first class act, and our sales rep, David and service rep Josh really went to bat for us because they cared about our relationship as customers and truly did right by us. Customer Service Before, During, and After Vehicle Purchase We were glad to meet Dana in the Crowley Nissan lot in May 2018. We did not plan on buying a vehicle that day, but he allowed us to take our time to make a decision. He did not use the typical pressure sales tactics that are found at other dealerships. He has great personality and keeps his promises. We worked well together and we appreciated his patience and hard work so much that we returned to Crowley Nissan in November 2018 to purchase another vehicle from him. His dedication to making sure we were satisfied really stood out and we could tell he genuinely cares that we were comfortable in both our purchases. Dana is willing to assist in any way that he could to exceed our expectations. We also worked with the knowledgeable Kevin Logan in Finance on the extended warranty contract which was processed quickly and flawlessly. It has been a pleasure to work with Dana who introduced us to his main man Wayne, who was also friendly and approachable, at Crowley Nissan. New used car issues after a week - 2016 Nissan Rogue SL I purchased a Nissan Rogue low miles clean, thought I would love it. I do not- worst mistake leaving Honda to Nissan- these new transmissions are horr I purchased a Nissan Rogue low miles clean, thought I would love it. I do not- worst mistake leaving Honda to Nissan- these new transmissions are horrible driving hills. However the service? Service @ Nissan Crowley was excellent. Josh handled my concerns immediately. Went through car again and fixed my complaints, going above and beyond. So with Nissan service I am quite happy- sales is another story. Please research the car you intend to buy. I did, however seeing I live on hills? This new transmission Nissan is using? Stinks. There is nothing that can be done. My regret is I should have stuck to Honda. Upon further research after buying, I did see many reviews about these transmissions and how frequently they need repair or replacement. Purchased warranties, but if you are looking for a vehicle that lasts? One that will go 100k miles with minimal headaches? Please be weary of Nissan - yes Nissan makes cars affordable with all the bells and whistles- which I admit was a sell point for me? But now owning this car less than 2 weeks? I am not impressed- at all. I should have stuck to Honda- being a Honda owner for many years? I have never ever had newer/ used cars issues as I had in these short 2 weeks of owning this Rogue. Yes Josh is amazing and very knowledgeable and willing to help customers which I appreciate... Which this review is about my service experience- so to Nissan Service department? Well done! More
