The lack of communication and explanation was Present every time we tried to communicated. Also very rude until of course the payment part. they left door handle loose in my car and when i asked the guy at the front , his response in an over tone was, want me to do with that? Do you need us to put it back? I asked for a screwdriver and that’s when he moved and asked a technician... To be honest Nissan very disappointed .. More

The Honda dealership in New Britain ghosted me and was not honest at all. It was truly refreshing that Crowley Nissan was honest and forthright with everything and I appreciate that. Service Department I stopped by the service department to have my oil changed. I did not have an appointment and was told it would be about an hour an a half. I waited a I stopped by the service department to have my oil changed. I did not have an appointment and was told it would be about an hour an a half. I waited about 45 minutes and my car was done. To my surprise when I opened the car door they had vacuumed my car. Nice touch guys! More

Multi point inspection is bogus Twice I brought my cars in for oil changes and they claim to do a "Multi-point inspection". Left afterwards and my wiper fluid completely empty. Accor Twice I brought my cars in for oil changes and they claim to do a "Multi-point inspection". Left afterwards and my wiper fluid completely empty. According to their sheet, they are supposed to fill all fluids... Another time i look over my inspection sheet and it says everything is good. Turn on my wind shield wipers and one of them is missing a piece of rubber. They really did a good job with their inspection.. NOT!!!! Who says they even change the oil or rotate the tires, there is no way of knowing. Complete BS!! More

What’s the point of appointments? I lease my car from Crowley so I need to get it serviced there. I made an appointment for an oil change. My appointment was at 12:15 so I showed up a couple minutes early. I was waiting over an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was waiting l, I overheard a woman say that she missed her appointment (by 3 hours) so she just showed up and they still took her. Since they were clearly backup, they should have kindly asked the woman to schedule a new appointment—instead of her just being taken without question. Since scheduling there is such an issue, you would think they would stick to peoples appointment times, but they don’t. I was told it would take an hour and did not anticipate wasting nearly two hours of my day in the freezing cold waiting room. They really need to get it together since this is not the first time I was waiting an excessively long time. More

I had the car serviced on a Saturday morning and as usually was in and out within an hour! I still had time to enjoy the day with the family at the beach. The service was outstanding! More
