This makes me trust this dealership. I don't like car dealerships due to past negative experiences. My faith has been restored! At eleven got a text from the service manager (who was right around the corner) that they knew they were running late. I asked about 11:10 and was told it was being finished up. It was about five minutes later. There was a verbal apology and a voucher for a free car wash. I would think however that for appointment people like me with small jobs, they could have one mechanic handle that so they could be a bit more efficient. More
