I was pleased with the service received. I scheduled an oil change/ tire rotation the previous day and was thrilled with the quick turn around. There was little waiting. Service was fine as was the quality of the work and friendliness. Not happy with the Covid protocols. Saw employees not wearing masks properly out and about near waiting area and went to use sanitizer friendliness. Not happy with the Covid protocols. Also on the work report it states under customer requirements as oil change and tire rotation. This was fine but under that for work done it said only oil and filter and inspection. Did not mention tire rotation. When I questioned it I was told it was implied in the first statement. I don't agree with that and still not sure I got a tire rotation. More
