My most recent visit to Crowley Nissan involved a problem that caused the engine light to turn on....scary moment! They immediately fit me in and spent the better part of the day diagnosing the issue and re that caused the engine light to turn on....scary moment! They immediately fit me in and spent the better part of the day diagnosing the issue and repairing it. It wasn't cheap, but very survivable. I also asked them to address an annoying small/slow leak in one of my tires....it took them 2 tries because their were 2 tiny metal slivers and the second one had to be addressed the next day after the leak reappeared. working with the salesman was an excellent experience as well as signing all the paperwork with the business manager. However, they messed up the transfer of license plates from a turned in leased vehicle well as signing all the paperwork with the business manager. However, they messed up the transfer of license plates from a turned in leased vehicle to the plates of one of our other vehicles. Sadly, the business manager said they cannot undo a registration, and furthermore will not acknowledge that they made a mistake. She is putting the onus on us to go to the DMV at our inconvenience and complete the correct transfer. More
