First of all: Chandler and the actual mechanics are really GREAT, and they earned all three stars for this rating, but they can't fix the problems above them. My wife and I brought our vehicles in separately (hers at lunch time, me at 4:30) The failures we saw are entirely due to poor management: 1) Management has the scheduler double book the appointments, which means a simple oil change takes better end of two hours, there are cars piled up all over the parking lot to the point you can barely drive up to the service area, and mech's are so slammed busy they make small errors like rotating my wife's tires in the wrong pattern. (No biggie, I'll correct it at home - at least they didn't lose any lug nuts.) 2) The management does a poor job of ensuring they have skilled coverage throughout the day. My wife witnessed a service member tell a waiting gentleman that they couldn't "change his brakes today because they didn't have a brake person on shift".... Really? Since when does a DEALER not have a person who can change brake pads? 3) My TPMS fault light didn't get cleared. Due to the management going home before my car got rolled in, the mechanics couldn't open up the cabinet to get the CONSULT Laptop unit to load my tire sensor ID's into the car's TPMS system... I've been driving with a TMPS fault light for 10 MONTHS now, and it's still not getting fixed any time soon. 4) Since the cashier also went home during my 2 hour oil change, her office was locked up and I was not able to get the car wash coupon, so my car is still covered in pollen and dusty ash from the west coast fires. 5) My wife's pathfinder has been having ABS faults and error codes for well OVER A YEAR, it's documented in their system, and there is even an active recall for the parts, but the management is more interested in pushing their team to upsell stuff, like trying to get my wife to replace her perfectly good battery because it's 3 years old. After all, who needs fully functional brakes anyway? More

I went to this dealership with my pathfinder in March for a recall. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Due to recalls on my rogue, I am returning to a dealership that has great service.
