I recently bought a new Nissan frontier in April and I came in for my first oil change. When the service gave me back my paperwork for the oil change he neglected to tell me that there was an oil leak an came in for my first oil change. When the service gave me back my paperwork for the oil change he neglected to tell me that there was an oil leak and that it was NOT listed on the paperwork at all. In addition, I have to make an additional appointment to get this serviced. The truck only has 4600 miles on it !!!! More

I recently had my 2019 Nissan Rogue serviced at Crowley Nissan, and as always, the staff was friendly, prompt and notified me of everything in advance. I noticed this time that there is a rattling noise no Nissan, and as always, the staff was friendly, prompt and notified me of everything in advance. I noticed this time that there is a rattling noise now in the cabin after they have changed the AC filter, but I can’t imagine they would have known that without driving it.
