Insulting treatment to out of state buyer. First, they tell us New Yorkers must pay more for a car than Connecticut buyers, then they ask for photos of drivers licenses, registration, insurance cards, tell us New Yorkers must pay more for a car than Connecticut buyers, then they ask for photos of drivers licenses, registration, insurance cards, which seems unnecessary it not entirely unreasonable, then they ask for a photo of the cashiers check we plan to buy the car with, then they ask us to go back to the bank and fill out a personal check in the same amount as the cashiers check to prove we actually have sufficient funds! Our bank had never heard of such a demand. We finally decide the level of distrust on the part of Crowley Nissan was too much for us and we decide to not buy their car. More

I tried not to do this review as it isn’t positive! I don’t appreciate waiting 3-4 weeks to get my oil changed, especially because I drive for my job! I had to call to find out when my last one was so I could figure it out! I’m busy and depend on the feature for when I need one and the snotty person on the phone response was pay attention to my miles! No my car does it for me when your mechanics do their job! I also wasn’t given a receipt so I called to have one mailed to me! Nope never happened had to wait until I went again three weeks later then needed! More
