Unfortunately going to this dealer for service was a disaster. I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got there 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment time and they took my car r disaster. I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got there 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment time and they took my car right in. I was excited thinking I’d get done quickly. Well, 90 minutes later I had to ask what was happening with my car. 90 minutes!!! I got word that’d it be 20-25 more minutes. I asked for my car back. I could’ve gone somewhere else and been done in 30 minutes. When they brought my car around they told me they hadn’t even begun working on it yet. I was furious!! Then the service manager apologized by complaining about his staff. Wow! For my time, over two hours, they gave me a free $7.00 car wash. Guess what I’m doing this weekend? Taking my car for an oil change and tire rotation, because it NEVER got done. Zero stars! More
