John St. Andre was a great product specialist and made our test drive very informative. He even insisted that we install our car seat for the test drive and ensure that there was adequate space for our kiddos along with an additional passenger. When it came to discussing the purchase price Mike Daoud was very inviting and was willing to work with us to ensure they we truly felt comfortable with the price and got what we wanted. Phil Lebel made the delivery process paperwork as smooth and enjoyable as it could be along with the rest of their delivery team whom even assisted us in grounding our old vehicle which was a Nissan not purchase from them. I would highly recommend them for their sales, purchase and delivery as this was a great experience, looking forward and hoping the service department will follow suite. More

Time for a new battery Car wouldn't start after an appointment. A very nice gentleman gave me a boost. Drove the car over to Crowley. They checked the power of the battery. Installed it and in an hour off I went. Not stuck in a ditch for long. Glad that Crowley has extended hours. I have been using them since 2001 and I think that they are fabulous. More

Had an issue with my 14 patriot. Reached out to the dealer I bought car from and was informed it would be 3 weeks until they would get it in to look at.(even though I told them the car was not drivable dealer I bought car from and was informed it would be 3 weeks until they would get it in to look at.(even though I told them the car was not drivable) and that it was my only car. Called Crowley the next day. Explained my issues. They got me in the next morning. Had a rental car set up for me and was on my way within an hr of bringing my car in. They had my car done that day. With everything being covered under the warranty. Was very happy with their prompt service and workmanship. More
