We have gone back to the dealership twice now. Nothing has gotten resolved. The Service manager Tim and the Service advisor Jim wexe extremely rude and disrespectful. Even going as far as laughing in her face when she showed them the damage they did to her center console. Extreme upset. In contact with Corporate.

Spoke with Jim again today. Who was again rude. Stating the dealership was not ordering any parts to try and fix the scratch which they created and that they would not replace the key that they lost. What kind of customer service is this? Refusal of service? I encourage people to avoid this dealership. What a joke.
