Bad policy to service department I was in for a oil change, free multi-point inspection when they showed me the inside cabin filter was needing replacing. So I did the right thing and I was in for a oil change, free multi-point inspection when they showed me the inside cabin filter was needing replacing. So I did the right thing and had them replace it. Well they charged labor to put in the new one( $16.00) when they had to put the old one back in if I did not purchase a new filter from them. When I explained how wrong this is, I heard this is our policy. Well it’s bad policy. And apparently if I need new windshield wipers and purchased them threw them they would charge to put them on. I have never been to a dealer that charged me For that service. To big of a dealer that lost touch to good customer service. More
