Disrespectful and shocking The level of disrespect that I have received via email is astounding. One of the sales managers asked me to give them all 10’s on the survey was I was The level of disrespect that I have received via email is astounding. One of the sales managers asked me to give them all 10’s on the survey was I was leaving. If you have. To ask for all 10’s you obviously think I wouldn’t give that rating based on my experience. So I decided to fill out the survey honestly. A few days later I received an email response asking why I had rated them so low. I gathered my thoughts and wrote out a lengthy email explaining why I was dissatisfied (lack of customer service, never felt like anyone cared I was spending money there, receptionist eating chips at the front desk). The email response I got truly shocked me. The same sales manager wrote up a generic apology and the. Asked that I give them all 9’s on the he follow up survey. Not only did he disregard my initial conlaokt, but to follow it up with that statement was truly disgusting. I will never shop at any Crowley dealership again. My brand new car wil never roll into one of their service departments. More

We were originally looking at a Ram Pickup and ran Gene all over town trying to figure what model we wanted. Then 2 weeks later changed our mind and leased a Dodge Durango. Man were they patient. Overall a very pleasant experience thanks to the personnel. My Jeep had a recall notice. My appointment was promptly scheduled at a time convenient for me. The center console had to be removed creating a minor issue causing the car to be kept overnight. Without hesitation a loaner was made available immediately. Mark Antionetti was his usual great person to deal with being VERY prompt, courteous, accurate, and knowledgeable. The work was completed on time and done right. Even returning the loaner was a breeze with very pleasant personnel. Another pleasant experience with this dealership from sales to service. More
