Unprofessional I have purchased two cars from Crowley, both purchasing experiences were fine. my issues and challenges have been with service. I went in for a routine oil change that took 2 1/2 hours. there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and I was the only person in the waiting room. I don't know why this took so long but every time I check with the girl at the counter she didn't seem to care...I try to stay loyal to the dealership but I also have a job and cant sit at a dealership for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. on top of the long wait and lack of customer service, I was charge almost $90 for oil filters...really they cost that much?? seems a bit high. needless to say I wont be back. More

Crowley Ford Service Sucks! I brought my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport (under warranty) in because the seat belt was not working (locked up while trying to buckle. After 2 Saturdays I brought my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport (under warranty) in because the seat belt was not working (locked up while trying to buckle. After 2 Saturdays I was told that it was fixed only to find out that it was not. I demanded a rental vehicle while they figured out the problem. After 2 weeks, it was determined that thee was a manufacturers defect. In the end they fixed the problem, obviously the tech that serviced the vehicle didn't care to make sure that it was properly repaired (this is the second row seat where my 8 year old sits). Needless to say, i was not happy with the way that they handled the problem. I had to make periodic calls to check on the status as nobody from service had the courtesy to update me on the status. More
