SERVICE FOR RECALL I went in on a Saturday morning to have a recall done on my 2016 Dodge Ram. The people in the service department were very friendly and the place was I went in on a Saturday morning to have a recall done on my 2016 Dodge Ram. The people in the service department were very friendly and the place was very clean. Waited in the waiting area for about 20 minutes total. They provide free coffee and snacks. The waiting area was also very clean. The recall was performed and all in I was there about 25 minutes tops. I would recommend Crowley for service. More

Customers satisfaction NOT their goal :-( Thai began two weeks ago on 7/20/2018 I saw a 2018 Ram online (Crowley Dodge) which was approximately $12,000 off the window sticker of $50,085...wha Thai began two weeks ago on 7/20/2018 I saw a 2018 Ram online (Crowley Dodge) which was approximately $12,000 off the window sticker of $50,085...what a deal I thought...called and spoke with Ted a sales manager ...he stated that the Ram price online is what you pay...he also added that the vehicle was a demo with 5,600 miles on it....but the Internet site it had 4 miles ...he also added the vehicle had a tonneau cover and sprayed in bed liner....he stated this would not change the Internet price, I said sweet...and made an appointment to see truck next day...that when their true colors came out..Crowley added $1,903 to the Internet price that very day when we doing the deal and they low balled me on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 10,900 miles( in perfect condition )for Kelly blue book....they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to hide their mistake.....I should have walked out but I liked the truck.....buyers BEWARE ...customer service and satisfaction is NOT their #1 goal...... More
