Mark Antonetti is the one who kept me coming back. He always made me feel like I was his only customer and he cared about my car. He was always very kind and acted concerned about my issues. In general, all service people have been good, helpful and pleasant. Recently, with the new process of routinely just going to the cashier to pick up my car, I feel less “special”. This last appointment included a one month advance appointment, early bird drop-off discussing my vehicle issues the night before with a service adviser. I finally called at 4pm the next day and they claimed my appointment was two weeks later and had sat my car aside thinking I had dropped it off two weeks early (never touching it)??????? More

Below average I bought a 2014 used maserati ghibli and with in the first two weeks i notice that my front brakes were squeeking and i also notice oil in my driveway I bought a 2014 used maserati ghibli and with in the first two weeks i notice that my front brakes were squeeking and i also notice oil in my driveway and bought it back to servive dept and was told that there was def a leak and that my brakes were fine...and at first they were only going to cover half the cost of the repair but after talking to the used car mang they decided to fix the problem but would not fix the brakes and i took over a month to fix the leak and two months after purchase i have to replace the front brakes and roters at a cost of 1500 doll to get the work done wich should have been done before the car was sold More

Service completed in time and without issue. I had a couple of minor recalls that needed to be addressed, when I dropped my truck off I asked if a routine service can be performed with tires rota I had a couple of minor recalls that needed to be addressed, when I dropped my truck off I asked if a routine service can be performed with tires rotated for a trip I have coming up and they obliged new question. During their safety inspection they discovered my front rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Rob from service called me to inform me and with my permission they did the job. It is nice to know they took care of my truck. I picked it up and now ready for my trip. More

Awesome Service and Sales !!! Mark Antoinetti and his team of service mechanics are awesome! I had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler that was very hard to diagnose, due to the inter Mark Antoinetti and his team of service mechanics are awesome! I had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler that was very hard to diagnose, due to the intermittent nature of the symptoms. It took 5 visits, with each visit requiring a mechanic to drive along with me, as we tried to recreate the noise, which occurred very infrequently. They only charged me a diagnostic fee once and were extremely patient and accommodating every time I dropped the Jeep off with them. I the end they had to overhaul the rear differential, which was still covered under the manufacturers warranty, which was awesome!!! I'm very grateful they worked hard to identify the problem before the warranty ran out!!! Very good dealership, both service and sales (I bought 2 Wranglers there within the past 4 years and got an awesome price on both!!!) More

My Grand Cherokee has been serviced by Crowley since I purchased it (if any indication how good Crowley Service is, I have over 200,000 miles on my Jeep and it still runs great)! From the mechanics/technicians who work with Jim Ghezzi on our vehicles, to the service staff, including the drivers, can't say enough how great the entire service team is. Thank you all! More
