Jim Burns/Vehicle Inspections This afternoon I had the pleasure to conduct business with Jim Burns at the Bristol/Farmington Ave location of Crowley. My tire pressure was extremel This afternoon I had the pleasure to conduct business with Jim Burns at the Bristol/Farmington Ave location of Crowley. My tire pressure was extremely low in all four tires. Before we could ask for assistance at this location JIm greeted me with a hospitable firm handshake and asked how he could help. Jim is a Vehicle Inspections Specialist and taking the time to deviate from his customary job duties to meet and greet me was impressive. I explained to Jim my concerns with tire pressure and Jim then directly went to my Settings and noticed my side mirrors needed to be adjusted for safety reasons. I gave Jim my Fab and within 15 minutes he was back with my tire pressue perfect and all red indicator lights (warning lights for low tire pressue) were now OFF and no longer on my dash. So he cleared up tire presse issues and enhanced the safety of my vehicle in 15 minutes all with a warm personable personality. My recommendation to management is to recogize this experince I had with JIm and make sure something is positiveput in his file for evaluation purposes. Exceptional service Went to Dealership to have my driver side seat belt repaired/replaced. The service rep noticed my Vehicle was due for an oil change also. Dealer did not take time to go threw the jeep with me I bought my jeep in three hours, I got home and found out that it did not have gps and had a black and white radio, I went back and said I did not lik I bought my jeep in three hours, I got home and found out that it did not have gps and had a black and white radio, I went back and said I did not like the radio, they told me they would check into it, I paid a lot of money for this jeep, I love the jeep but can not stand the radio. I took it into the dealer for oil change, they told me that I had to pay a fee of34.48 for an additive, she told me that they cant change the fuel filter, so this additive was to clean the filter, you mean to tell me if the fuel filer goes bad I have to junk the Jeep, do you think you are dealing with some kind of IDIOT? P.S. I told them I wold pay for the new radio, they said it can not be done. Oh yes I paid for the oil changes for the life of the jeep. More

Issue with A/C My A/C stopped working, only blew warm air. When I called for an appointment they were very nice and told me that I could have a loaner. The check in My A/C stopped working, only blew warm air. When I called for an appointment they were very nice and told me that I could have a loaner. The check in process went very smoothly and picking up the loaner was very easy. Jim Ghezzi, my service manager sent me several emails to keep me posted and also called when the problem was diagnosed and told me when the car should be ready. He called and emailed the next day when it was complete. Dropping off the loaner and picking up my car was as easy as it ever gets, very efficient and courteous. This is a great team at Crowley! More
