Personable, friendly, no BS! I went in to just see if I would be able to trade in my used jeep for a new one. The girls at the front paged Dom and had me wait for a minute in the I went in to just see if I would be able to trade in my used jeep for a new one. The girls at the front paged Dom and had me wait for a minute in the cozy waiting area. They offered me coffee or water. A minute later, I met Dom who again asked if I needed anything to drink. I told Dom the reason for my visit and he was excited to start looking around at options. He was incredibly friendly and told me once he knew what my goal was, he'd find a way to make it happen. He treated me like a friend, and told me that this dealership doesn't haggle, they give me their best price up front. He didn't give me the cheesy flip chart scripted presentation all the other dealers have done. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and even match what another dealer was going to give me for my trade in. Dom made it happen, and his team introduced me to the service staff, showed me around the property, and made me feel like I'm now part of the Crowley family. I purchased a warranty program, and even though I will drive past 5 other dealers to get to Crowley for my free oil changes, to me it is all worth it. They earned my business and my respect. I'll be sending my Jeep people over to see them when we are ready to upgrade! More
