I was at the dealer within 20 minutes and he had all the paperwork ready and there were no surprises - it was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. I picked up my brand new car a few hours later. This was not only the first time I ever purchased a vehicle and drove home the same day with it, they also make you feel like a celebrity when you walk out! Alan Bryant was also amazing. GREAT SERVICE I had 3 recalls that needed to be done on my 2016 Ram. I scheduled the appointment on their website and was called back about 30 minutes later to conf I had 3 recalls that needed to be done on my 2016 Ram. I scheduled the appointment on their website and was called back about 30 minutes later to confirm the date/time/service performed. Crowley has really made the scheduling very easy by allowing this to be done on line. Upon arriving you are directed in to their pre-service bay, vehicle is checked in and then you are sent in to the service office. From there I was greeted by Robert Ericksen who went over what was to be done and had me sign the work authorizations. The work was going to take a while so I opted to leave rather than wait for the vehicle. I told them I needed it back by 2pm and was surprised to receive a call at noon by Robert letting me know my truck was ready. More
