Service Rep saves my grandchildren lifes! My 2016 Ram 2500 was in for routine maintenance and a few recalls. Some were very important safety recalls that had 'back ordered' parts. This may seem routine to some, but as a grandfather of 6 grandsons, who frequently travel in the truck with me, their safety is my utmost concern. Mr. Ericksen took it upon himself to keep an eye on the availability of the recall parts and as soon as they were available, he set an appointment for me, that included a great rental for the day.
