By the time I arrived the vehicle was already waiting for me to inspect and test drive ( a +1 in my book). My sales guy Alan was experienced, knowledgeable and very thorough. Got back from the test drive and talked numbers..Casual, no pressure negotiation (another check in the + column)..Settled on a terms and within a couple of hours my wrangler was good to go...The 30 minute drive home was all smiles (in fact I’m still smiling)..Amazing experience all around. I’m extremely glad I went with Crowley and I highly recommend them. Bottom line is they got me the car I wanted, at a great price, and made the experience painless...That’s the way it should be. Do not buy a used car from crowley. We bought a jeep grand Cherokee in February of this year and had to bring it in last week for the check engine light on. It was suppose to covered under the warranty we had and they did not honor it. Which was upsetting but more upsetting was the guy we dealt with being completely unprofessional.
