Did not live up to their word I brought my truck in for an 8am routine oil change. I got there at 7:45am. I told them I had to be in the truck and gone by noon. They call me about I brought my truck in for an 8am routine oil change. I got there at 7:45am. I told them I had to be in the truck and gone by noon. They call me about 9am and tell me they want to do the rear breaks and flush it and it will be $500. I said I need to be in the truck at noon still and they said not to worry, plenty of time to get it done. I get a call at 12:15pm after I've already called in and they say it's finally done. Then, they ask me, "you have a ride right?" This from the same people who had me fill out a form to pick me up because they dropped me home. They finally got me to the dealership at 1pm and then presented me with a bill for $700. The guy who called me and did my estimate wasn't there and so I had to wait for them to get a hold of him to argue the bill. I ended up still paying $585 and getting the truck back an hour and 15 minutes late. More
