A pleasure to deal with. I knew the car I wanted to test drive. I walked in at 8:30 Saturday morning and Brian Boshak got me behind the wheel is less than 10 minutes. I told I knew the car I wanted to test drive. I walked in at 8:30 Saturday morning and Brian Boshak got me behind the wheel is less than 10 minutes. I told him I would like to buy the car if the brakes are replaced. I told him the low interest rate that my bank was offering, and he got my bank to lower the rate even more! They replaced the brakes and rotors, I came back two days later, and test drove the car again. Chris Henrich finalized the financing, and didn't try to up-sell anything. There were no surprise fees or charges. I left with my shiny new Genesis in about 30 minutes - including the test drive! Everyone was friendly and professional from beginning to end. They were respectful of my time and didn't pressure or haggle. I highly recommend Croton Auto Park. More

There was no games of going back-and-forth… Straight up honest dealership and they back up what they sell. Chris, in Finance was also great to work with! After my purchase I brought the vehicle into their service department, where I received the same type of experience, Ralph went above and beyond to make us feel respected and cared for!!!
