My wife and I purchased our new car from Pat this week - six months after my mother and I purchased a car for my father from Pat. I am happy to say we are his first repeat customers! When you shake hands with Pat, you are then directed to the Business Manager's office to discuss financing. Chris is a pleasure to work with, and while dealing with personal finances can sometimes be stressful, Chris' personality makes for a relaxed experience. We are taking delivery on the car tonight and I am confident that when we arrive to pick up the car, everything will be as we agreed, as it was when we took delivery on my fathers car. Over the past 15 years, my family has purchased (or leased) 13 different vehicles from this dealer. We go NO WHERE else. Everyone at the dealership is like family to us. He was honest, direct and really wanted to try to please my request, which he did. My deal happened quickly and Saul stayed in phone contact with me, which was important to me. I also received a full "tour" of my new car by Pat, who showed me the ins and outs of my new jeep. He was knowledgable, thorough and pleasant in his explanation of everything. The product knowledge of the salesman (Saul) was superb. The business manager (Chris) was skilled and highly knowledgeable. The manager (Vinny) oversaw every aspect of the transaction with an eye for detail, insuring no rough edges in any phase. Even the addition was side steps was competently handled immediately under the watchful eye of the service department manager (Mike). The experience was an all around pleasure, and I could not be happier with my deal. All-in-all, I would GREATLY recommend Croton Auto Park. More
