As an intellegent and confident woman, one thing I cannot tolerate is being treated like a "woman" by auto industry personnel. I'm not talking about being courteous or polite which, in my option, knows no g tolerate is being treated like a "woman" by auto industry personnel. I'm not talking about being courteous or polite which, in my option, knows no gender. I am referring to being talked to like an automobile is an alien man-oriented object of desire. Therfore, it should not be spoken of to the "woman-folk." At Croton Auto Park, a knowledgeable woman is treated with respect, her questions are answered in a professional manner, and her "unisex" fears are calmed by a caring and friendly dearlership representative. My second complaint about car dealerships is they never treat you as well after a sale as when you are a new vehicle shopper. In the past I have experienced dealerships that couldn't recall a thing about me once the newly sold vehicle was in my possession. NOT TRUE AT CROTON AUTO PARK!!!! My salesman is there to greet me when I come in for service; he calls me from time to time to ask about my vehicle. It is all about treating customers like famiy at Croton Auto Park. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle fom them and I encourage current shoppers to give them a try. You will not be disappointed; I give you MY word. More

I shopped around for a new vehicle for a few months. I wanted to buy my vehicle at a place where I felt comfortable with the sales person, sales manager, finance person as well as the service staff.
