Great place I’ve had my car going on 2 years and have never experienced anything bad with it. The first time purchased my vehicle from there the rotors were bad. I let them know and within 2 days I had them fixed. Other than that my car has been in great shape since. Can not complain. I’ve also recommended many people here. More

I went there to purchase a vehicle I saw on-line. Oh they sold me the vehicle alright, and then an extended warranty that I DID NOT NEED, seeing how there was still the Manufacturer drive train warranty they sold me the vehicle alright, and then an extended warranty that I DID NOT NEED, seeing how there was still the Manufacturer drive train warranty in place. In fact the Manufacturer Warranty was good until 100K and the one they sold me was only good until 84K. They failed to get me my title to the vehicle until almost 90 days after purchase and I called five times asking for it's whereabouts. They kept saying they already mailed it, and gave me three different dates on which they mailed it. When I finally received the title I had to pay $120 in late penalties with the tag agency. When I complained to the dealership they agreed to pay 1/2 of the fines. I told them I would come by and pick up the check. They told me no, they would mail it. Still have yet to see it 6 months later. When I originally picked up the vehicle it had fancy tires and wheels on it. I ask them to put the originals back on it. The did so, but the ones they placed back on it were of a different size, and they failed to realign the truck as necessary, which cost me a set of tires after only 8K of use on them. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. Its places like this that give car dealerships a bad name. More
