Did not care about Edmonds trade in value said didn’t matter to them. They do not care about return customers . Stay away from this dealership go to a dealership who will work with trading with you and treats you like a human not like you don’t know anything. Will not take our 2023 there anymore for service. We will go where we are valued as a customer. More

Oil change _used_ to be a little more than other places but if I needed one when I was getting other things done, I'd have them do it for convenience. Today? $124?!!??? For a Sante Fe???? I'd already authorized it, not realizing they'd doubled the (expletives) prices. Had them check some other stuff, and they came back with a quote of over $4400! I paid $3000 for this car... They had great pictures of the joints, and I don't think they're being crooks about the work needing to be done. I just think they're taking a job worth $250-$300, and multiplying by, say, 3 or 4! Unfortunately, I _have_ to get the new key FOB there ($500 :( ) but I'm going elsewhere for the joint work. More

Dave Young, the GM, nixed the deal once I didn’t pay the 1K, and after I expressed my frustrations to them both told me I was playing games and that when the vehicle arrived in November the plan was to charge an entirely different agreed upon price. I’m apparently the one "playing games" by leveraging other offers to them when it was his salesman and sales manager who agreed to the 36K price. I have screenshots of his salesman agreeing to a price and not him backtracking. Dave Young got his feelings hurt that I called out his shadiness and will never get me or my family's business. He and his dog xxxx dealership can kick rocks. More
Better have your game on and hold on to your wallet. They try every trick in the book. I used a care loan calculator and determined that I should be able to put $8,000 down and get a loan for 48 mos, $ They try every trick in the book. I used a care loan calculator and determined that I should be able to put $8,000 down and get a loan for 48 mos, $250/month. Their first offer was 8000 down, 293/mo and 72 months !!!!! (yes 72 months). I laughed and said youll have to do WAY better than this or I'll just pay cash. The difference in 48 vs 72 months at 293/ mo is $7,000!!! Tyler (finance manager) said they cant do cash on used cars(?!) After more discussion he showed me a four month payment plan that reduced the interest to a total of $60. Turns out they get commission on financing and therefor dont want to sell for cash. I still had to go through financing and sign papers for a 48 mo loan. I will use the 4 payment plan to save approx $3,000 in interest. Never mind the non-negotiable $799 dealer handling fee and the $500 etch theft protection fee. This is noted on the pricing list as ETP. No one pointed to it or explained it. Did see it on the closing documents. Its another scam like undercoating. Cost them $30 to etch the windows then they slap on a 60 month theft payback plan of $2500 if its stolen. Not worth $30 IMO, but too late, I signed it. Also miss represented the warranty. Basically said it had no warranty because its used. After pressing them they confirmed it still has the factory 10yr/100,000mile drive train and whats left of the factory 5 yr/60,000 mile bumper to bumper. So YES it does have a warranty. Tried to sell me a new bumper to bumper to extend it to 10yr/100,000 for $3,800 and I said no. then dropped it to $2,800. I Immediately said NO again. Asked me at what price would I buy it and I said you can have my keychain for it (inside joke). He then said NO. So- Overstated the loan duration by 24 months=$7,000 Dealer prep and ETP fee=$1200 Extended warranty= $3,800. This adds up to $12,000 in addons on a $17,000 car! I only paid the $1200 DPH and ETP and still feel ripped off. You have been warned- have game or dont play here! More

When I tried to purchase vehicle, dealer insisted on an additional $799.00 in dealer fees explaining advertising was a mistake. In addition they added $499.00 in security glass etching & approximately $200.00 to put nitro in tires. Neither of these had been done yet & I stated I didn't want to purchase extras. Dealer refused to sell car unless I purchased extras stating "we can't make any money unless these are purchased." Needless to say I didn't purchase vehicle. A very unpleasant experience. More
I went to this dealership ready to purchase a lightly used Santa Fe. Their website states that the dealer's fee of $799 is included in the advertised price of the vehicle. I was told there was a milita used Santa Fe. Their website states that the dealer's fee of $799 is included in the advertised price of the vehicle. I was told there was a military discount - not true. After wasting couple hours of my time getting all the information to run my credit and for the supposed military discount, I was finally allowed to address the price. At that time, I was given a sheet of paper that itemized the costs. The advertised price of the vehicle was raised by $450, the $799 dealer fee was added, and they told me I had to pay $1600 for the clear coat that had been applied to the car. So an additional $2849 was added to the advertised price. I asked what the cash price would be and was told I would not be give any of the "discounts" for it being a used vehicle with 3000 miles on it. Essentially telling me that I would be expected to pay the price for a new vehicle if I paid cash. After wasting more time trying to get them to align with their own website and advertised price, I left without the car. I found out that they also ran an actual loan application with Bank of America without my permission. We never agreed on a price, and I was never going to use their financing anyway as they could not get close to my credit union rate. I will never go to this dealership again, even for warranty service. More

Worst experience! Matt was condescending when he thought I was shopping by myself. Stated that used vehicles were typically in the condition of this vehicle. Ripped Matt was condescending when he thought I was shopping by myself. Stated that used vehicles were typically in the condition of this vehicle. Ripped front driver seat, large cigarette burn on passenger seat, huge dimple on dash, destroyed arm rest, cracked windshield, and filthy (not detailed). I told him that was not my experience. When my nephew came in and told him the car was a piece of xxxx, and he should be embarrassed to have that car on the lot, let alone selling it he walked away with his tail between his legs. Matt never spoke to me again. Told my nephew he would keep me in mind for another vehicle. DONT BOTHER! More
