We went into the dealership last Saturday in the market for a used truck, but not planning to buy that day. Joe greeted us as we approached the showroom and we made our introductions. I explained what I was looking for in the truck and the price point that I wanted for this purchase. We loaded into a golf cart and he took us around the lot. There were a pair of program trucks that they had in stock that met much of what I was looking for. They did not have a trailer hitch, which I will need for occasional hauling of a trailer. We ended up working that into the purchase in what I felt was a direct and fair negotiation. It could not be installed until Tuesday, which was Joe's day off. Despite that, he came in to drive my wife home when she brought it in to get the hitch installed. When it was done, he picked her up and brought her back to the truck. He really went above and beyond for us, and I certainly recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with my F250 purchase and it was one of the most enjoyable buying experiences I've ever had. After I arrived on the lot, my salesman Joe Dilorenzo, calmly and war purchase and it was one of the most enjoyable buying experiences I've ever had. After I arrived on the lot, my salesman Joe Dilorenzo, calmly and warmly greeted me and just asked how he could be of service or help to me. At no time during our conversation did I ever feel like he was in a hurry to push me along with a sale, but rather that he had a genuine desire to help me find the perfect Ford vehicle, even if it wasn't on this particular lot. As it turns out, they had some very close vehicles but my perfectly optioned vehicle was not on this lot. So instead of trying to push one of those other vehicles on me, he asked me if I would like them to try to get the vehicle from the Cary location, which they happily did. While Joe was busy with that, I had the opportunity to relax a bit and I ultimately ended up striking up a conversation with another very friendly man named Eric Kaplan. Turns out we didn't talk at all about me buying a truck from them, but just about other casual conversations about cars in general and other un related things. Later I was surprised to find out that he was actually the General Manager, but he never came off as being anyone other than another concerned employee that just wanted to see me happy and satisfied about being there. I honestly felt as relaxed at this dealership as I do in my own home and that was really refreshing for a change. Anyhow after Joe and I talked some more and agreed upon a final deal, I was then introduced to Chris Williams in Finance to complete the necessary paperwork. How sweet it was for me to find out that when we went back over the buying contract with the actual numbers on it, there was not a single surprise and everything was exactly as I had originally discussed with Joe. No hidden costs or fees were sprung on me at the last minute to jack the cost up after I was hooked on the sale...Well needless to say I left there that same night with my F250 truck a completely happy and relaxed man with no stress or fears at all that I had made any mistakes. This was the perfect buy for me and I definitely recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone. In ending, while I was talking to Joe the following day while finishing up the paperwork, I mentioned that I was considering also putting Linux in the bed and a few other aftermarket items on the truck. So at that point Joe also recommended that I go to some specific places for those items where he could get me a pretty good discount. So the friendly help didn't end after Joe got the sale, but continued on in an effort to save me some additional money. Now how cool is that??? More

I have purchased a number of cars over my lifetime and I would say that this was the best purchasing experience I have had. The deal was excellent and everyone involved in the purchase was pleasant and fri would say that this was the best purchasing experience I have had. Joe DiLorenzo was great to deal with and I would recommend friends/family to see Joe in the future. Frank Nappi worked a great financing deal for us through Ford Credit and made the financing process easy. Eric Kaplan was very friendly and made sure the whole process was smooth. From start to finish the whole process including trade in took less then 3 hrs with no games or gimmicks! More

We bought a 2012 Escape in November and were very happy with our purchase. We returned in July and bought a second 2012 Escape.Mike McCoy and Rodney Nowell were excellent to work with.
