Okay, so human beings are not perfect - BUT... the folks at CrossRoads Ford Wake Forest are about as close as you could hope for! My family has just purchased two vehicles this week from CrossRoads Ford. at CrossRoads Ford Wake Forest are about as close as you could hope for! My family has just purchased two vehicles this week from CrossRoads Ford. There is some specific information that you should know regarding our experience. First, we have the benefit of Ford employee plan via a retired Ford employee, SO... we can buy from ANY dealership and receive the exact same pricing (except these guys always seem to give MORE for our trade-in). HOWEVER, we drove past 3 other dealerships in order to do business with the good folks at CrossRoads in Wake Forest! Why would we do this? These guys go the extra mile to ensure that you are getting every penny's worth of benefit from your purchase, the MOST for your trade-in, a complete understanding of all paperwork, the best interest/financing available - and a wonderful experience over-all. In addition, their service department is on time every time and also puts forth the extra effort to ensure that you are receiving the maximum benefit from your purchase. In addition to the folks mentioned in our most recent experience, we have personal knowledge of many other staff such as: Tommy, Kenny, Catfish, Joe "D", Lisa, Richie, Bob, Mike, Rodney and Jackson as well as the sweet receptionist Adrian! We would not hesitate a moment to engage in a business transaction with any of these great folks! We have obviously bought here before... and yes, we have bought a few previously from "the other guys"... a big mistake we will not make again! If you're the type of person who wants to ensure you are getting a truly good deal - without all the hassle - then this is where you want to do business. If, on the other hand, you're the type who wants to shop all over town... well, in my opinion, you are wasting your time and gas - and believe me... I know, first hand! Do yourself a favor and simply drop in and explain what you hope to accomplish. Be realistic - no one is going to GIVE you a new/used auto... you've got to be willing to offer a reasonable profit. Had just come in from vacation where we had rented a 2013 Explorer, decided to stop by the dealership on the way home to price the Explorer.
