My entire experience with Crossroads was fantastic. The price on the 2023 Ford E-Transit was so good I flew in from Maryland to buy it. Ruben worked with me before I flew down. When I arrived at the airport Crossroads arranged to have Jim pick me up\ and drive me the 45mins to the dealership in Sanford. There I was met by Jeff who was fantastic. He made sure everything was working perfectly to the point of making sure the Fordpass app was completely setup. When there was an issue he called Ford and stayed on the line until the glitch was taken care of. Even filling out the paperwork was easy because it was all computerized. It was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I have a feeling I will be flying to Raleigh for my next work van. More
