10K mile checkup had an appointment for a routine service due at 10k milage. Do not shop here After just moving to fuquay from buffalo NYC fiancé was in need of a truck! We ended up at crossroads buying a 2008 ford f 150! Said everything runs great on it the tool box was dipped everything works great! We leave first day we have it we have to jump it 3 times and can tell there is a shortage in the wiring... I call and bring it in which they were hesitant to fix anything for free but gave us a new battery and said it's a small Shortage in the wire shouldn't cause any damage so they weren't going to fix it. Well last night somehow the "not a big deal shortage in the wire" ejected the CD player and burnt the cd in the CD player which no longer works... also a few weeks after the wheel bearings needed replacing and the exhaust fell off! And I still owe a ton of money for a piece of crap truck! More

However, since Fuquay Ford was purchased by Cross Roads Ford, We have always driven Ford Vehicles and Fuquay Ford has always serviced our vehicles. However, since Fuquay Ford was purchased by Cross Roads Ford, I have found them in my opinion not to be customer focused or customer driven. I have tried for two days just to set-up an appointment to have 2013 Ford Vehicle brought in and leave it for service. All we can get is voicemail from the customer service department and when I switch to the operator they will leave a hand written note but then no one calls you back. More

Took almost 2 weeks after repeated calls/emails and even having trying to contact the general manager. In that time I had already looked at vehicles at another dealership and they appraised my vehicle at $5,000 more than the number Crossroads finally came back with. Not sure if they didn't want to deal with me because I receive supplier pricing or because they didn't want my vehicle. Not worth your time. More

They "make it happen" I had been considering a vehicle that I saw online at another Crossroads location. When I saw that the vehicle had been relocated to the Fuquay-Varina I had been considering a vehicle that I saw online at another Crossroads location. When I saw that the vehicle had been relocated to the Fuquay-Varina location, I called and spoke with Larry and told him about my journey as it related to the vehicle. Based on my conversation with him, I decided to drive almost 2 hours that same day to take one more look at the vehicle. My salesman, DON BROWN, was wonderful! He made me and my family comfortable, answered all my questions and even threw in some humor that made us all laugh. Once the deal was done (Frank was the Finance Manager), I walked out with my Ford Edge one happy customer. Since then, I have told EVERYONE about my experience and how this was by far the BEST dealership in the Crossroads family. They went beyond my expectations to demonstrate that Customer Satisfaction is their top priority! More
Very disappointing Ford F-150 has 40,000 on it. Took it in for service as recommended. Have a 6 year service plan breaks included. Complained that truck was beginning to Ford F-150 has 40,000 on it. Informed by the service department is was due to warp rotors however my pads were fine. They charged me to resurface them, no pad exchange never informed my wife this was not a safety concern until after work was complete $130. Ridiculous and frankly hard to understand. Definitely feel taken advantage of. Would not recommend service at this dealership. More
Much better than their Cary counterparts Cam in for "the works" service. I didnt know there was a coupon so they saved me $40!
