Bought a used 2013 F150 Lariat 4x4 Great service during the buying process. I bought long-distance and flew in to pick up truck. I enjoyed working w Lee, Luke and the team. Only glitch was my original inquire got dumped into their spam email folder. The inquire was from CarGurus.com. I had to call to get their attention after a week of not hearing from them. After that, it went great. Great communication via text and email. Loved the free CarFax and documentation on their site. I was able to see the past service records and that the truck was serviced every 5,000 at Crossroads. Seeing the past service records sealed the deal for me. Pickup of the pickup was fun. ;-) Only item that needed attention was the truck was mis-aligned somehow and it was missed on the their pre-inspection. But it wasn't a big deal as the service team jumped all over it and had it fixed while I had a cup of coffee - or three. After a couple hours of repairs, coffee and paperwork* - I was on my way home with a spiffy new (old) truck. Very happy camper! I would buy again from Crossroads in a heartbeat. *Be patient if buying out-of-state. The title paperwork can be daunting for some states. One paperwork surprise was that Crossroads asked me sign a document indicating I had read the CarFax That was a neat detail. I had been to a couple other dealers and they treated the CarFax as an evil document that I had to pay for or get on my own. Not so with Crossroads - they provided it free and made sure I saw it! Amazing. More

Never informed about the defective clutch When I bought my 2013 Ford Focus the first one they showed me went in to be cleaned up and gassed up suddenly they tell me the car has an engine probl When I bought my 2013 Ford Focus the first one they showed me went in to be cleaned up and gassed up suddenly they tell me the car has an engine problem but they will have it fixed asap. I told them never mind I don't want it the car isn't even out of the dealership and it has an engine problem. So they show me a 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback a little bit more money due to hatch back but that was ok not a problem what they didn't tell me was that the 2013 Ford Focuses had bad clutches in them. A week after I have the car I get a recall regarding this matter and so far I have had 3 clutches put into my car and in 2 years rt 100.000 mile my warranty runs out so if I need a 4th clutch I will be responsible to pay for it. I and so many others should have been warned about the clutch when we were looking at the Ford Focus to buy. Never again will I trust Ford. More

Bad break, no reimbursement We were notified that there was a recall on the shifter cable, after the cable broke. Had the car repaired someplace else. Brought our Fusion in to b We were notified that there was a recall on the shifter cable, after the cable broke. Had the car repaired someplace else. Brought our Fusion in to be inspected after the shifter cable broke and was replaced . Ford Motor Company is suppose to reimburse us for the repairs due to the cable break. I was told that Crossroads Ford would switch the cable out after it had been replaced. The car wasn't in the shop for more than 10 minutes. They didn't replace it. (I had my mechanic check ) Drove car home and noticed that the shifter moves after key is removed from ignition. Took car back to Ford, to be told that the shifter solenoid was broken. Paid almost $120 just for that information. These guys will lie to you, especially if you're a woman, just to get out of paying for repairs associated with the cable breaking. We are due a good chunk of money for our costs to have this car fixed due to faulty equipment. This Ford dealership will do or say anything to get out of paying for these repairs. Don't trust them. More
Excellent customer service I have not had many problems with my 2012 Ford Fusion until it was struck by lightning. He kept in touch with me all through the process which took quite awhile since he had to contact the insurance company each time there was a repair. Highly recommend Crossroads. Ford of Fuquay-Varina to anyone. More

F150 service I came in a picked my vehicle up with no explanation of what was done by a rep. Sure I can read and that's what I did after I paid. The overall service was average and not bad but have I had better? Yes, much better. I did have a few questions about what the warranty covered before I drop the truck off. I ended up paying for the AC service because it had too much free-on. More
