Can always depend on Tommy and his staff for quick and efficient service. Recently took one of my vehicles to be serviced; was greeted warmly, rep quickly got my vehicle back to the service area. Staff l efficient service. Recently took one of my vehicles to be serviced; was greeted warmly, rep quickly got my vehicle back to the service area. Staff located an issue with my battery, which just happen to still be under warranty. This probably would have been overlooked at most dealerships. More

I’m so thankful for the employees at Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Lumberton. It was Christmas week and I needed an oil change and a regular xx on my tires etc. I called and they scheduled me in. I only Lincoln of Lumberton. It was Christmas week and I needed an oil change and a regular xx on my tires etc. I called and they scheduled me in. I only work in Lumberton of Fridays and they scheduled my appointment. They called me a few minutes before my appointment to make sure I was at work and picked up my jeep While I continued to do my job. As soon as my car arrived at Crossroads I received a text letting me know it was there. When the service was completed I received another text and the lady called me so I could pay my bill over the phone. My car was returned to me and I’m very satisfied with the customer service. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Lumberton. More
