Horrible Customer Service Edit: We were contacted by Cindy from Crossroads customer relations department, and received clarification and an apology on our situation. Things definitely could have been handled better by the individual dealership, but I do appreciate the effort Cindy put in to figure out what went wrong for us, and hope it does not happen again to others. In a nutshell, they changed how DMV work is processed at the dealership and there were some technical difficulties with their system. I will go from giving one star to three stars. Great experience while buying the vehicle. Our salesman was dale, and he did a great job. After we bought the vehicle it was down hill from there. They waited until the last minute to do the DMV work, and now we have a truck we cannot drive due to the temporary tags running out. I called them when we ran out of options for an alternative vehicle to drive, and they told us there was nothing they could do. Martin, the general manager, called, and gave my husband a sob story on why things were not done in a timely manner, and if he got a ticket they would cover it. This is unacceptable, and there is no reason it should take 23 days to complete DMV work. On top of all of this they kept asking why we did not come to the dealership to pick up the tags. We live 3 hours away, and they knew that from the beginning. I do not recommend them nor will I do business with them in the future. More

BAD experience since changing over to Crossroads Since Crossroads Ford has bought out Lumberton Ford the service department has went to xxxx!!! I took my vehicle there with a problem and the technician said he could not find anything wrong, as soon as he parks it out front it starts doing what I had complained about. It took the Ford Hotline people to find the problem and 2 1/2 weeks later it starting messing up again so I take it to Crossroads and it took over 2 hours for them to give me a loaner to drive and told me they don't know when they will get to my vehicle. They have run off the good help so my advice is don't go there.My vehicle is a 2016 with 9700 miles and they don't seem to concerned at all. More
BAD customer service after purchase Purchased a NEW 2017 black Lincoln MKC. After signing the papers and them taking the SUV out of the showroom, we noticed spots ALL OVER it! They look Purchased a NEW 2017 black Lincoln MKC. After signing the papers and them taking the SUV out of the showroom, we noticed spots ALL OVER it! They looked like they were under the paint but were told that whatever it was, not to worry, if it couldn't be fixed to as good as new then they would swap us out with another NEW Lincoln. After some time, they got the Lincoln back to start the process of fixing the car. They said that there were steps they had to take that they knew wouldn't work so that they could get the problem fixed so we went along with it. When we got it back, swirl marks and scratches EVERYWHERE!! They used clay bars, buffers, and acid washes to get the spots out that had etched the clear coat. Well, the spots were still there in places along with the scratches and swirl marks all over. We will fix it, they said! Give us a few days and we will be in touch! Fast forward 4 additional months and either the weather is not right or they don't have a loaner! We don't dare drive it because of them trying to place the blame on something other than themselves regarding the paint. They quit answering and returning our calls so now we have an open case with Lincoln. Guess what? Most of the facts have changed according to them! Go figure! You put your trust in someone and get taken advantage of! I will update this review AFTER I see how this turns out. If they think they are going to buff and sand all of the protective gel coat off, they are sadly mistaken! If you want someone to promise you the world and make you feel like they have your best interests as a paying customer being their priority, only to find out the opposite, this is the place for you! As long as you don't EVER need them after the sale, you will have a great experience. Otherwise, you will see what bad customer service at its best looks like! Hopefully they do what they are supposed to, and should, so I can change this review. I don't see that happening. My advice to you at this time is to buy anywhere BUT HERE!! More
