I often neglect to provide customer feedback but as a first-time customer of Crossroads Ford of Kernersville, I have only high praise to the sales team that located, transferred and sold me the new Explo first-time customer of Crossroads Ford of Kernersville, I have only high praise to the sales team that located, transferred and sold me the new Explorer I wanted. I was impressed with their prompt responses to my emails, timely transfer and preparation of my new vehicle and, in my opinion closing at a fair price. Kudos to Zach Michael, Jason Brewer and Brian Leonard from a satisfied customer! We closed the deal at the end of the business day, so I want to give a special shout out to Brian Leonard who took the time to thoroughly demonstrate and explain my new Explorer's features and answer all my questions. My experience with Crossroads Ford in Kernersville was top notch they provided excellent service in a professional manner very quickly efficiently and reasonably priced. They went beyond the norm as I ended up with a broken leg, so they picked up and returned my car for me which was such a gracious gesture there are only wonderful thanks I can offer for their thoughtfulness. Robert Murphy and the staff at Crossroads in Kernersville are terrific! I've been going there for about 10 years and have had excellent service. Horrible service department. Was told they were reaching out to Ford for guidance on a problem with my Explorer. Crossroads would not return my calls until I pleaded with the s Was told they were reaching out to Ford for guidance on a problem with my Explorer. Crossroads would not return my calls until I pleaded with the service advisor to at least call me back to acknowledge he received my voicemail. Was told I needed to bring by Explorer in so they could upload data to send to Ford. I called and asked when I should bring it in and if the same service adviser needed to see the vehicle. Again, no return calls. After waiting 2 weeks I called back and requested service manager to send all information to another dealership in Winson-Salem, closer to where I live so they could work on the problem. They reached out to Crossroads only to find out from the service adviser that they had never contacted Ford. In fact the only thing they ever did was check the battery charge in my Explorer to see if it was causing the problem. I was never rude, hateful or in anyway abusive to any of the service staff. Still unsure why the would do practically nothing to solve an issue and then lie about reaching out to Ford. I..WILL..NEVER..BE..BACK. More
The service department answered my call when transferred to them and they were able to work my vehicle in the very next day. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and stayed after closing so I c to them and they were able to work my vehicle in the very next day. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and stayed after closing so I could pick it up. This is my first dealings with them and so far they have been customer first oriented. I hope they keep it up because I have been let down by 2 others. More
