I picked up my car after work so it was very late when we finished up the paperwork. That made a major impression upon me. Recently, my co-worker shared with me that she and her husband had found a dealership they trust and receive excellent service. It was Crossroads Ford she was speaking of. I went for the very first time to "shop" and drove away with the vehicle I wanted. From the time I stepped foot on the lot to the time I left, I felt the warm hospitality of the dealership. They were busy but not so busy as to not greet me warmly and offer refreshments. The customer service is top notch and the friendliness of the staff was remarkable. Everyone had smiles on their faces. My experience was enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely go back to the service department for routine maintenance. The sales consultant was encouraging and honest! My schedule was frustrating but Kelly continued to patiently stay in touch with me and made sure that he was looking for exactly what I was wanting.
