I can not say enough about how happy I am with my Ford Escape. Since I do drive a lot I am able to go longer between service. The Escape rides great. No outside noise and is very fuel efficient. The Ford dealership in Kernersville, NC is excellent. Josh worked with me got the color I wanted and was very helpful. I had my Escape in on Monday (6/17/19) and Aaron was my service tech. He went beyond to help me and my car was ready in no time. I will not hesitate to buy another care from Crossroads Ford if I buy another one. More
Transmission module repair When my gear dial would not turn, the service department determined the module in the transmission needed to be replaced. I had had my 2019 Edge one m When my gear dial would not turn, the service department determined the module in the transmission needed to be replaced. I had had my 2019 Edge one month. Definitely not expected. Everything was under warranty and I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Amazing Experience.. Happy Customers After searching for a F250 we saw advertised at various Ford dealerships, we settled on Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, NC. Boy, are we glad we were After searching for a F250 we saw advertised at various Ford dealerships, we settled on Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, NC. Boy, are we glad we were lead there. As our feet hit the pavement, Randy, our super-salesman greeted us and suggested we look at a loaner F150 that fit our needs. What a great surprise!! We hopped in and went for a little spin. Sold at first sight.. a shiny metallic red FORD truck. Having the tow package for the Airstream trailer we were purchasing, it was absolutely perfect. Don't know if it was advertised. Then, Brian, in finance came up with a deal we couldn't resist. Certainly, we are such dedicated and thrilled customers, we want y'all to know that you, also can find satisfaction here as well. John, the General Manager, came out and spent quality time with us as well. We know how important we are to them, as they are to us. Another thing I'd like to address is that we had a tunnel cover installed while we were waiting the couple of days for the funds to transfer from our bank. The job was completed on time and perfectly as promised. More

They checked it out and ordered a new module which did not fix the issue. They had to go further into the mechanical to find this issue and realized they needed parts. Rather than putting it back together and making me come back, they gave me a loaner. It made my day as I had customers waiting on my to arrive. I could not be happier with the customer service at this dealership. Thank you all so much and a special thank you to Mike the service adviser. More
Awesome Customer Service I've bought 2 vehicles from Crossroads, and am in the process of shopping for my 3rd. What keeps me coming back to Crossroads is their Service Department. Aaron and Robert in the service area are the best. They remember me every time I bring my truck in for routine maintenance and service. They always take great care of me and my wife. They're an absolute pleasure to work with. Their sales team is also enjoyable to deal with. Angie in Finance is great, and their sales manager always remembers you and is willing to work with you however they can. They are not pushy like most sales people and will work to find the exact vehicle you're looking for. I've only had to deal with their body shop once, but they also did a great job. When my truck go side swiped in a hit and run, they quickly worked with my insurance to make it look like nothing ever happened. I can't say enough good about Crossroads of Kernersville. I'll keep going back until they give me a reason not to. More

My daughter’s Ford Fusion had a recall for the passenger side airbag, it seems that if it deploys, it could cause bodily harm or death to the passenger. This recall has been on the books for a while so I made sure that for the last 6-9 months, none of her friends were allowed to sit in the front seat. Letter from Ford comes in that it’s time to schedule the repairs because the parts are in. I call crossroads and schedule for the following Wednesday. Drop the car off in the morning and get picked up to go to work. Get a call 2 hours later, car is ready (that was fast, I’m pleased). Pick up the car, the advisorcwalks me out, I ask him if everything is ok, he says (I’m paraphrasing) yes it’s all good, we replaced one thing but we need another part to finish. I ask, SO ITS SAFE TO HAVE A PASSENGER IN THE FRONT.......he replies, yes it’s perfectly safe. I leave and head home, tell my daughter she’s good for passengers. The Friday night it occurred to me he never gave me a copy of the work done so I figure I’ll head in Saturday morning and get one. The advisor is not there so I speak to a second one, I explain I’d like a copy of the work done. He checks the computer and looking at his expression I know something is not right. Turns out nothing was done ****They didn’t have the part on wednesday*****. You’re kidding me right?? Thankfully they had the part then and got the car fixed that day. The original advisor told me it was safe to have a passenger in the front seat when knowing full well it wasn’t. I’m not sure how anybody else feels about that but it was a huge deal to me. Putting people’s life at risk....seriously? He could have just said, I’m sorry but we don’t have the part.......I wouldn’t have been happy but I would have set another appointment. Firstly don’t set appointments when the part isn’t in and MORE IMPORTANTLY don’t tell people that a part was changed making a life threatening defect safe when it clearly isn’t. Hopefully I was the only one told that. UPDATE ***** The service manager called to apologize for the situation. I would like to think that this is not the way things normally go there and to be fair they did get it fixed within 90 minutes on the Saturday. However....... 2ND UPDATE****** They wanted to make things right and offered a free oil change. Very underwhelming when you keep in mind it was a recall because of possible injury or death. They offered a couple more oil changes to which I replied thank you but I’ll pass. It is hard to take it seriously when a life could be on the line and it didn’t seem like a big deal other than the review being taken down. More
