Aaron Thore was my service contact. Called to have Ford recall work done on my 2016 Ford Edge. Mr. Thore was helpful explaining to me the process needed for my Edge. Told me it would take a few hours. D recall work done on my 2016 Ford Edge. Mr. Thore was helpful explaining to me the process needed for my Edge. Told me it would take a few hours. We leased a 2020 Ford Escape in January of 2020 from Crossroads Ford. It is an excellent small SUV that gets great gas millage and the service department has provided very good service. I stopped by without an appointment and they fitted me. Because of my warranty and low mileage they repaired the tire at no charge, which was a pleasant surprise to me. More

The service department was clean, organized, and well lighted. The waiting area was comfortable and best of all Fox News was not on the tv. Went in for a service on our Ford Raptor and a problem with the rear sensors not working right. Service was completed in a reasonable time frame. Very easy to get through the process. The only issue, we did receive a military discount of 500. But were not told that a student discount was 750 from FORD. That would have saved us 250.00 which is a lot did receive a military discount of 500. But were not told that a student discount was 750 from FORD.
