Aaron Thore was my service contact. Called to have Ford recall work done on my 2016 Ford Edge. Mr. Thore was helpful explaining to me the process needed for my Edge. We leased a 2020 Ford Escape in January of 2020 from Crossroads Ford. It is an excellent small SUV that gets great gas millage and the service department has provided very good service. The service department was clean, organized, and well lighted. The waiting area was comfortable and best of all Fox News was not on the tv. Very easy to get through the process. The only issue, we did receive a military discount of 500. But were not told that a student discount was 750 from FORD.
