After much hard work from everyone in your sales and finance departments they did just that. They got me into a 2013 Ford Focus and I just love it. The gas milage it amazing and the comfortability of the vehicle is great. It is just what I needed. Nothing over the top but a safe reliable vehicle to get me where I need to go and more. Lee was great to work with on the financing side also, determining it would be better to finance somewhere else at a lower APR and save more money over the term of the loan instead of fiancing with Ford to take advantage of a rebate. From the onset of our working relationship with Mike Ketter, we found him to be above the rest. During the process of looking for a car, we were also in the process of refinancing our home. While other salesmen told us it was okay to purchase a car during this process, Mike gave us the correct information which immediately won our trust. My husband wanted to make sure he was buying the car he really wanted, and with Mike, he never felt pressured. We could see that, although Mike sells cars everyday, he didn't lose sight of the fact that it is always a big decision for a family to make. For the past several weeks I have been looking to purchase my son a pre-owned vehicle. Numerous opportunities arose, though it was my son who found a link to a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid at Crossroads purchase my son a pre-owned vehicle. Numerous opportunities arose, though it was my son who found a link to a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid at Crossroads Ford in Cary NC that sparked my interest. Even though the price listed was above my budget, I decided to call for additional information. I was fortunate to be directed to Lisa Esposito who pleasantly listened and responded to my questions. When I offered a counter offer to their listed price of the vehicle, Lisa did not attempt to badger me with a counter offer but instead professionally asked for my contact details and promised to research my request and get right back to me. Ten minutes later, Lisa called and gave me the good news. The next morning, I drove two hours to the dealership where I was met by Lisa who was ready to take my son and I on a test drive. I must admit, I am a very tough sale along with being extremely frugal, though between Lisa and the relaxed environment at Crossroads Ford I was able to review the vehicle without pressure. Once my son and I made our decision, Lisa expedited the paper work and was able to get us on the road with our new car which she made sure was newly detailed inside and out and had a full tank of gas. By far, Lisa has made my purchase at Crossroads Ford one of the most pleasant experiences of the past 5 cars I have purchased to date. Thank you Lisa!!! I was promised a price and interest rate--on direct questions I asked about them, Patrick assured they would not change once I got there. I got to the dealership to sign papers, and guess what? They changed the interest rate, higher of course than what I'd been promised. Classic lie to you to get you there, get you excited and hope it gets your signature. VERY disappointing, I thought I had found my new car dealer. More
Everything was perfect, until we found out we were looking at a totally different vehicle than we requested. The price was about 2k cheaper and we were ready to jump on it when they figured it out tha looking at a totally different vehicle than we requested. The price was about 2k cheaper and we were ready to jump on it when they figured it out that it wasn't hybrid. I guess sometimes things are too good to be true. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right color I wanted in the hybrid and I had to decline. But awesome staff and service! Next car will definitely be Crossroads Cary! More
