We felt no pressure during our buying decision and this made the buying decision very comfortable. Lisa made sure that any questions we had about the vehicle were answered and made sure that several features of the vehicle were explained in detail. We drove over 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase this vehicle and we were not disappointed. The dealership was indeed impresssive, the inside showroom was unbelievable. Very helpful and friendly. We weren't considering a CPO and first visit didn't find "the one" that we were drawn to. Lisa was thoroughly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Lee let us know about the extended wrap warranty, which was the deal-maker for us in purchasing the CPO. Chris in finance was extremely helpful in suggesting a pre-paid maintenance plan that would cover what I need. I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime and the service I received from Keith Johnson and Michael Ketter at Crossroads Ford was by far the best experience I have dealerships in my lifetime and the service I received from Keith Johnson and Michael Ketter at Crossroads Ford was by far the best experience I have ever had. Ford should go an extra mile to make sure these guys feel appreciated as they went the extra distance to make sure their customers were completely satisfied and accommodated. Keith was my first line of contact, where I sent him a lengthy, detailed description of the very specific vehicle I was looking for. I was happy to receive an email back from an informed and engaged employee. He read my email carefully and answered all of my questions. It was so refreshing to receive quality customer service. After a few emails back and forth during the day, Keith was happy to see me that same night even though I did not set up an appointment. He introduced me to Michael, another fine example of a model employee. Both guys were personable and professional, a combination that you cannot teach. Both gentlemen were extremely respectful of my girlfriend and always made sure she was included in the conversation as we were both purchasing the vehicle, not just me. She was never left out, and usually addressed before me, again a small trait that a lot of salesmen usually forget. Both guys met us for the delivery and completed the walkthrough together. I found a couple of scratches and the guys jumped on it and volunteered to get it taken care of. They didn’t brush me off or anything. I have even emailed Michael a few times post-delivery and he has promptly and courteously responded to all of my questions. Most of all, Keith and Michael were simply a joy to work with; they joked and laughed with us making the experience fun, but also displayed knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. All, I want you to know that I am a member of a proud Chevy family and this is my first Ford. So much so that I know I will have to smooth over my purchase with my father. You know that Ford and Chevy runs deep in families, especially in the South. I cannot stress enough that Keith and Michael sold us this vehicle with their customer service. We actually received very disrespectful customer ‘service’ from Capital Ford, but gave Ford a second chance at CrossRoads, where Keith and Michael delivered and I will be happy to buy another vehicle from these guys, regardless of what dealership they are at. More
