My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 ford escape and we could not have been more pleased with our service. Our dealer was very friendly and was able to work very well with us on price. Not once did we we could not have been more pleased with our service. Our dealer was very friendly and was able to work very well with us on price. Not once did we ever feel pressured into anything unlike at most dealerships. Overall wonderful experience and we will most certainly recommend them to any of our friends/family interested in buying a car. More
I gave Patrick a 5 across the board for a few reasons. First of all, I'm not from NC and he handled a lot of work over the phone before meeting me or seeing my trade in car. Patrick Rowe and the crossroads team were great to work with. This was my first financed vehicle and a little skeptical when making the right decisions. They walked through all the details even down to setting up the sync system - which is a fantastic feature that Ford has added. I new I was going to get a Ford and am glad I went to Crossroads. More
Larry Curtisford was customer-service minded from the first phone call I made to the dealership. I asked him to check on a stock number for a car I was interested in. He promptly called back and informed me of his findings. There was no pressure to come in immediately, however, I stopped by after work. When I met Larry the very first thing he offered was for me to test drive the car. No numbers, no paperwork, no finance stuff; I got to simply drive the car to see what I thought. I loved the vehicle, and Larry was not afraid to answer challenging questions. After working on a price that fit my budget, we struck a deal with the Sales Manager. I felt like Larry was my representative each time he went to the Manager for guidance on a price, feature, etc. I understand that this process of back-and-forth to the manager's desk with offers is typical at a dealership, but Larry made me feel like he was my advocate. I hate car shopping. I hate dealerships. I hate the process. Larry and Crossroads Ford - Cary changed all of that and made the experience enjoyable. Thanks! More

Each time we have received excellent service including friendly, no-pressure sales, very knowledgeable employees from sales to finance, and an outstanding product! I felt each employee with whom I dealt was really interested in helping me find the perfect car...even though it took me three visits to finally decide (beautiful, functional vehicles made it a tough choice). It's a competitive market, but I've always been happy with my Crossroads Fords and could not imagine doing business with any other dealer, Ford or otherwise. Of course, price is usually the top priority for people, and I got a great one which is primarily why I would recommend Crossroads Ford to anyone looking for an outstanding vehicle from a high-quality dealer. Also, terrific indoor showroom makes car-shopping easy on bad hair days! More

I arrived at lunch time on a thursday after scheduling an appointment. Was almost immediately helped, but when it came to my trade in the assessment took 50 mins before I began to walk out, then I was told " appointment. I left without even caring how much my trade was worth. Then I was called by Derek and told an offer for my vehicle, when I questioned why it was so low I was told "we had to take off money for the rebate Ford was offering" I am going to purchase else where from now on. More
