They didn't have the exact Equinox I wanted on their lot, but it was already in transit, so he helped me so that I could go ahead and reserve that one to make sure I got it. He expedited the process by having us do all the paperwork ahead of the arrival, so that all I had to do when my Equinox arrived was basically bring my trade in and pick up my new car. He was right on top of things, letting me know first thing the morning that it arrived, and getting it through the service inspection quickly so that I could make it in to work that afternoon. I also feel like I got a fair deal, both on my trade in and on the Equinox I was purchasing as well. Seriously, Logan was the best! Also their sales manager Bob was very friendly and helpful as well.
