On 11/10/23, I was traveling on the West Virginia Turnpike when my “low tire pressure” light came on. This dealership was able to look at my tire and fill it with air very soon after I got there, an Turnpike when my “low tire pressure” light came on. There was no service after the sale, my sales person, Melissa, wouldn't even respond to my emails after the sale. By putting something in gas tank, since then the light has came on a couple of times. The service dept had told me to bring it back. I have been informed by Mr. Pack, that they didn't promise me anything. I think that the light coming on so soon after I purchased it they should fix for free. Plus asked for an extra key, they are a dealership how much would it have cost them to furnish me an extra key. WISH I HAD NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. You are better off going to a buy here, pay here dealer. I am positive they will treat you better. Sad part, the day of the sale I was so excited I gave them a good review.
