I went to King Coal Chevrolet and got full asking price and traded for an even better truck. I will not deal with salesman that lie to custemers and tried to tell me that the employee discounts were less than what they bought the truck from the manufacturer. Just a bunch of BS! More

Crossroads did not fix my vehicle but quickly assessed a 100 dollar "diagnostic fee" just to hook up a snan tool. Advanced Auto will do this for free. This Sealership just like all the others. If your buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go up the road a few miles to Hometown Kia and get yourself a good car with a 10 year and 100 thousand mile warranty. I am embarrassed for America.
