jim byrge was GREAT! the salesperson, jim byrge was wonderful but the wait to get the paperwork done was awful! i paid cash but had to wait almost 3 hours because someone the salesperson, jim byrge was wonderful but the wait to get the paperwork done was awful! i paid cash but had to wait almost 3 hours because someone called in and the other was on vacation so they only had one person in the office to do all the paperwork.... it shouldn't have taken that long...also, they applied "resistall" which i never asked for but i got charged $899 for that...that was not told to me when i decided to buy the vehicle...i dont think they should be able to do things like that without ok'ing it with me first...yes, i paid the charge but i wouldnt have got it done if i knew how much it was going to cost...i felt a bit "scammed"...but by then it was too late...so i paid for it... : ( More
