Nice salesman, but car was very dirty We had a great experience with the salesman that helped us. He wasn't pushy at all and he was a very nice guy. The only thing about the whole experience that really upset me was the fact that the car was really dirty. A manager had been driving it around and the outside was covered in dirt and the inside had crumbs. We bought it on a Saturday and their detailing crew doesn't work on Saturdays. So they pressure washed the outside and handed us the keys. I expect that when I buy a car and pay over $15,000 for it for the car to be spotless inside and out. We ended up taking it somewhere and having it detailed for $200. If they would have offered to pay for it to be detailed or even offered for us to bring it back Monday that would have been really nice. Nice people though. More
Nice buying experience I needed a new car for my daughter and Crosspointe had a Subaru Impreza that fit the bill. I worked with Bryant and he was great. Crosspointe took care of me! Being single on a limited budget with not so great credit , I feel that I worked with a dealership that really cared. When I purchased my car I knew Being single on a limited budget with not so great credit , I feel that I worked with a dealership that really cared. When I purchased my car I knew that the finance situation could be tough and that I would not be able to afford a new, problem free car. Paul helped me find the best car in my budget. I won't forget what he said when I left. "We can't take care of everything that may happen with a used car but we are good people and value our customers, so don't hesitate to call if you have a question or problem." A couple of weeks after my purchase I couldn't get the car to start. I called them before 8 a.m. (expecting to leave a voice mail) and I got an answer. I was stressed out and thought I would be late for work. Mike came to my house, jump started my car (now I was embarrassed) and asked if it would be okay if I took a loaner car to work so he could make sure we didn't have a bigger problem. After work I went and picked up my car only to find out that an after market security system drained the battery. With my permission it took about a half an hour to remove. They gave me the keys and no bill! I wasn't even late for work that morning. They do my oil changes, but no problems since that day! More

Where to start... First of all, I would have to agree with one of the other reviewers - these people epitomize what you think of when you think 'car salesmen' (think the dad on the movie Matilda and you' with one of the other reviewers - these people epitomize what you think of when you think 'car salesmen' (think the dad on the movie Matilda and you've just about got it). They are very friendly and cheery when you walk in the front door (hence the '4' for friendliness) and will shake your hand and take your picture while they sell you a total lemon. Unfortunately, I did not have much car buying experience and therefore fell for the act and was lulled into a false sense of security (How could a guy this nice be trying to swindle me?!...). So I will preface this with a shame on me for not being skeptical and not trusting the word of a salesman (heck he's the salesman, maybe he didn't even realize he was selling me a xxx but whoever let it onto the lot sure did). Anyhow, this is a breakdown of everything that went wrong with the car, all within a few months of purchasing it (this is a manual transmission vehicle): bad emergency brake (like roll down the hill when it's set bad); transmission completely shot to xxxx (the man who replaced it said there was no way this developed in the 3 months we had the car); Completely destroyed suspension (same story, mechanic didn't know how this had even happened on such a relatively new car). So, THOUSANDS of dollars later we have a driveable testimony to our gullibility. I tried to contact them and see if they would make this right in any way (I admit they don't have any legal obligation to do this but, heck, maybe they are decent human beings, right?) and got no response at all. Ok, if you really HAVE to purchase from these people, HAVE A TRUSTED (NOT RECOMMENDED BY THEM) MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY!!!! This may cost you a few bucks. It's worth it, I wish I had. Buyer beware! More
DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I bought a car from Crosspointe in December, with a small exhaust problem that they promised to fix. I had to take the car back several times before it finally appeared to be fixed. No December, with a small exhaust problem that they promised to fix. I had to take the car back several times before it finally appeared to be fixed. Now, five months and over $1,300 later the car is having problems again and their “mechanic” still can’t fix it. Don’t get me wrong, they seem like really nice people, but that is where the service stops. There are plenty of other places to take your money. Don’t buy at Crosspointe. More
The dealership epitomizes your typical dealership. While trying to trade in my car, the dealership low-balled the NADA trade in price on my current vehicle. Even going so far as to hand me a printed quote f trying to trade in my car, the dealership low-balled the NADA trade in price on my current vehicle. Even going so far as to hand me a printed quote from NADA's website, which when I pulled up the same website on my phone gave me a higher trade in value. Then they proceeded to completely ignore NADA suggested price for the vehicle I was looking at, by going over the value of the "Excellent Condition" price by $6000, on an 11 year old car with a check engine light on, broken equipment inside, and bald tires. After telling me that most lenders use NADA value for lending, they then tried to convince me to trade in my car, and re-finance the current amount on my car, and the difference between the NADA value of my car and the value they tried to convince the other car was worth. Which was still $4000 over the NADA value of the car I was trying to buy. Not to mention the NADA trade in value of my car is higher than the NADA retail value of the car I was looking at. Throughout my military career I have warned my Soldiers not to purchase cars from a dealership just outside of a base, I guess the same is true just outside of an Air force base. More
