This made a great experience go to bad but after two days of working the problem was resolved. Just wish the new car was never damaged that placed us in a odd positon and feeling pushed to make a decision about what to do. Was first told it would be replaced by warrenty to be told could cause more damage replaceing the headliner. Resolve we got a discouted price on the vehicle and the hole in the headliner is hidden by a button. Just wish it had never happened but everyone involved was nice and worked with us. So end result a good exprience. More

I wish there was a bigger number than 5 to give these guys cause they were so great. On my first visit I made it known to Josh that I was just looking at a vehicle that I had seen online and he was great he went and got the keys and opened all the doors and explained the bells and whistles to me he also let me take it for a test drive, I apologized for wasting his time since I wasn’t ready to buy just yet and he just said “Its ok maybe when you are ready you will keep me in mind” and after shopping around I indeed went back to Cross to buy my vehicle the guys who helped me with my final purchase were amazing.. The sales guys were great and the finance guy was awesome also it was a very easy transaction (as easy as buying a car can be) Josh has also called and followed up to make sure that everything is great.. I would highly recommend this dealership and have already sent my friends and co workers there. More

The sales experience was outstanding. We called Austin and told him what vehicle we were interested in. He made sure it was available and had it right in front of the dealership when we pulled in. Only downside was the paper work experience. Buisness manager was polite, but it was late and Extended Warranty, Surface Treatment, VIN Etching services were pushed even after I made it clear I didn't want any. More

I was interested in inquiring about the 2012 Jeep Wrangler. The parking lot and the entrance road were in the process of being paved making it difficult to get to the showroom as well as to the loca Wrangler. Being somewhat determined, I persisted until I found my way to the 2012 Jeeps. As I was wandering among the Jeeps, a gentlelman approached me, introduced himself and apologized profusely for the difficulty in parking and in viewing the inventory. Jeff was extremely patient, helpful and very polite to a 72 year old female who was inquiring about a Jeep Wrangler. When it appeared that the dealership did not have the vehicle in which I was interested in stock, Jeff did not hesitate to search until he located a Jeep Wrangler which met my particular specifications. At no time did he become impatient nor was he the least bit "pushy". When I went to pickup the Jeep, today, Jeff was present with his sunny smile and pleasant attitude. He was very through in going over the various functions and operations of the Wrangler. As it was a rainy day, Jeff insisted that I return on a sunny day in order that he may be able to show me how to remove the parts of the hard top. Rarely have I ever encountered a stranger who has been as solicitous and kind as Jeff, especially when they wanted to sell me a car. I have been buying new cars for the past 51 years. At no time have I ever owned a used car. Once the sale has been made, it has usually been my experience that I was on my own from that point on. This was a very pleasant experience. More
