I flew to Louisville and Mark picked me up at my hotel and gave me a ride to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and described by Mark. Todd Isenberg quickly took care of my finance and title paperwork so I could get on the road with my “new to me” Jeep. A friend of mine knew I was in the market for a used car and he had just purchased one from Cross and he said that he received a great deal. I saw a car that looked interesting so I went in to see about it. My salesmen's name was Matty Ward. He answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure from him to purchase that car or any other. I thought the car was a little over-priced but he came back with an offer that quite frankly changed my attitude in a heartbeat. He showed me a few different options and got me financed with no problem at a surprisingly low interest rate. I picked up the car the next day with no new surprises at the closing. I have to say that they gave me what I considered a great price, with no pressure from Matty, and no surpises. It was a darn-right pleasent experience overall. When we picked up the car, my daughter saw one that caught her eye. While we were waiting to sign all the paperwork Matty came up with a great price on it and got her into a new car and knocked her payment down 100 dollars. We started that deal on a Thursday afternoon and Matty came in early Saturday so she could get the car and still get to work on time. In the future I will never buy a car without checking with Matty at Cross Chrysler Jeep first. More
